Sometime ago, i found chocolate filled biscuits called "Twitter" manufactured by "Galaxy Biscuits South Africa" with the brand name "Bakers Land"....OMG! the question arises is that who is the real Trade-Mark (TM) owner of "Twitter"........"Twitter" should give it a notice but which "Twitter" should, the chocolate filled biscuits or my favorite micro blogging site........ROFL ;pppp tweet tweet tweet

I am really thankful to you for choosing and having our product and let me also clear your points which you have mentioned above. First of all I would like to introduce you to the Bakers Land as one of the leading and emerging biscuit manufacturers in Pakistan with a range of biscuits and wafers in the market. We have also introduced two more flavors in Twitter Cream Sandwich Biscuits and now its available in Chocolate, Lemon and Strawberry flavors.
Now as far as the name Twitter is concerned it has not been registered in Pakistan by any other company and we are the first one who has registered this name in Trademark Registry Pakistan under the office of IPO (Intellectual Property Organization).
Moreover the class of Twitter and Bakers Land are totally different from each other and there is absolutely no match. I hope this information will help you out for the clarity.
